Q: When can I expect my order to ship?
A: Shipping is determined by the shipping option selected at check out. It is listed on your confirmation email. Standard shipping takes place 7-14 business days ( weekend and holidays days are not considered business days) from the next business day your order is received. Because our apparel items are made custom as ordered the average production time is 7-14 business days. We strive to ship orders out within that time frame. However, during peak seasons like Holidays and probate weeks it can take longer. If there is an issue with a portion of your order that may cause a delay we may split your order into multiple shipments. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number to track my package
A: Once production is completed you will receive an automated email with your tracking information to the email entered at the time of purchase. Please add us to your contacts so that your email is not misdirected to your spam folder.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
A: Once production is completed orders will be shipped and will arrive in 2-5 business days. When you need it fast please make sure select the shipping option that matches the time frame you need your order. For express orders please notify us before you place your order via email so that we may determine if express shipping is available. Remember these alternatives do cost more to ship. We ship all rush orders via USPS.
Q:Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: ALL APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on apparel and custom merchandise. Unwanted purchases are not returnable. Because every order is made to order we do not exchange apparel items. It is the customer's responsibility to order correct sizes. Please view item details, size chart, or email us for assistance. An email will be sent upon ordering to verify that the order is correct and a 24 hour grace period is given to correct any errors. If any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced. Zions Greek Boutique must be contacted via email for approval before defective merchandise may be returned. Orders returned without permission will be refused. We must be notified with 72 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order. If an item is defective it must be unworn in order to be returned. In the event a refund is granted we will issue the refund in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires. It will be minus shipping costs unless an error is made by us.
Non-Apparel items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking fee - If returned merchandise totals $30 or more, a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise total will be assessed to the customer for returns. In the event a refund is granted we will issue the refund in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires. It will be minus shipping costs unless an error is made by us.
Q: Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
A: An order can be cancelled only within 24 hrs of placing an order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the item to show up on your billing statement. Once an item has been placed in line for
production it can not be cancelled.
Q: My package never arrived and is lost? Will my order be resent or refunded?
A: No, we will not be responsible for orders lost by mail carriers. We will do out best to assist and locate packages but once an item has been shipped and we verify we shipped it to the address provided we can not be held liable. Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of the shipping costs to get the package back to you.
Q: Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Please email us at email@example.com for APO orders if the option is not available at checkout.
Q: Do you offer price adjustments?
A: All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we only offer price adjustments on orders placed the same day of the sale or discount offer. Promos and sales can not be combined. You may cancel and repurchase sale items if your order is within the 24 hr cancellation period. Orders outside of the cancellation period can not be cancelled.
Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: Shipping fees start at $5.90 and increases as the price of the order increases. Once your order is complete we will ship “best way- lowest cost” unless you have a preference. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $125.
Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in the charging of a flat rate shipping charge to get the package back to you.
