Delays in Processing and Shipping Orders due to COVID-19 


Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we are doing everything advised to ensure we can process and ship your order safely, and deliver your order in as timely a manner as possible. We continue to be impacted by COVID-19-related delays from our supply chain, production, and shipping partners. Our production team is taking extreme safety precautions to fulfill and ship your orders. We are operating with a temporarily smaller staff and there may be delays in getting your order out the door. Please remember that most items in our shop are made to order, specifically for each customer. The current processing time is 7-14 business days from the next business day your order is received, not including weekends and holidays but some orders will potentially take longer. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received however for multiple item orders, we may ship partial orders if they are ready and absorb the additional shipping cost. We have also temporarily removed some items from our site due to industry-wide inventory shortages as well as our efforts to help our production team process orders faster. Please note that once in transit, your order may additionally be delayed with delivery carriers (USPS and UPS). Per information directly from USPS packages may or may not get a scan until they get to the destination office. The postal service is overwhelmed with packages already. So again you may not see a scan because a lot of packages are being processed manually, or it may be a delay before you see a scan.
